Well, I have to break it to you, but as spotted on the Spring/Summer 2015 runways, the mixed print trend is here to stay. So, unless you want to be a social outcast, it's better to learn the trick!
The great thing about this trend is that it gives variety to your wardrobe, and if done right, you will look like a hardcore fashionista!
When it comes to pairing different patterns, it's a good idea to stick to the same color family. Mixing contrasting colors and patterns can make you look like you were dressed by your two-year-old niece!
Some patterns, like stripes, polka dots, and checkered prints are more neutral than others. Therefor, if you are a print-mixing novice you can start with pairing the neutral ones, and then slowly build your way up.
The third trick is to go with similar-sized prints. Try small-sized and medium-sized patterns together, and avoid matching big prints as it can make you look bulky.
Also go easy on the accessories, or go with simple solid colors to balance your whole look.

The last trick is your attitude!
Don't be afraid to take risks and going bold when it comes to fashion. You might look like a clown the first time, but you will master the art after a few mishaps!
